Dark spiced plum and black olive aromatics with licorice and anise. A Core of dark berry fruits and a hint of wild bramble with a touch of Rosewood and black pepper creating a heady perfume. Dark dense and brooding pallet entry with a core of dark cherry on layers of fine yet grainy tannin. Underlying oak offers structure and textural persistence giving length and carry. A very fine line of balance between phenolics and acidity will see this wine have a long and distinguished position in any cellar
