Description
Dark spiced plum and black olive aromatics with licorice and anise. A core of dark berry fruits, a hint of wild bramble with a touch of Rosewood and black pepper creating a heady perfume. Dark, dense and brooding palate entry with a core of dark cherry on layers of fine, yet grainy, tannin. Underlying oak offers structure and textural persistence giving length and carry. A very fine line of balance between phenolics and acidity will see this wine have a long and distinguished position in any cellar.
