Description
Ripe lemons with some Kaffir lime leaf and ripe stone fruit. Abundant and generous with some green melon and a hint of fresh green herbs. The palate has very good volume with abundant citrus fruit and a hint of tropical melon like fruit. All wrapped up with fruit tingle acidity giving line and length. This is a well-proportioned Hunter Valley Semillon that will drink well in its youth but continue to develop over the next 5 to 7 years.
