Moscato
White Moscato with a pale lemon-yellow hue and the faintest green gold fleck. The palate is a festoon of flavour with florals and a musk note showing through.
Off Dry Semillon
Bronze Winner at Hunter Valley Wine Show 2022. Mid pale yellow with a bright green hue. Lemon, Lime and a very gentle hint of Gin and Tonic like botanicals lead into subtle Gardenia aromas.

Bastille Shiraz
Handpicked from our finest shiraz vines provides a dark spiced plum and black olive aromatics with licorice and anise. A Core of dark berry fruits and a hint of wild bramble with a touch of Rosewood and black pepper creating a heady perfume.
